We focus on human resource development through football and sports, with operations based in Singapore, as well as in Barcelona and Japan. We strive to create a society where players, staff, and children involved with us can grow and thrive with smiles. Each team staff takes responsibility for their role and independently carries out their tasks.

NSG Global Pte Ltd primarily engages in the following businesses:
  • Management of Albirex Niigata Singapore, a club competing in the Singapore Premier League
  • Operation of football schools, cheer dance schools, and other sports programs for children in Singapore, regardless of nationality

Job Description

As a office staff member, you will be responsible for public relations, merchandising, and match operations. Coordination with other departments is essential, making this a key role within the club.

Public Relations & Media

  • Content creation and updates for the club’s website, including press releases
  • Management and strategic planning for the club’s social media platforms
  • Handling media interviews and press-related activities

Merchandising

  • Product planning and sales strategy development
  • Managing sales, revenue, procurement, and inventory
  • Organizing sales operations at home games and event venues

Match Operations

  • Coordinating and managing venue setup, decorations, and teardown for matches

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to think independently, plan, and execute tasks
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills:

  • Experience managing social media accounts (personal or organizational)
  • Experience with Adobe products for design and video editing
  • Knowledge of IT or programming

Job Details

  • Full time job
  • Working hours : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Holidays & Leave: Based on the club’s calendar
  • Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
  • Start Date: From May onwards (negotiable)
  • Benefits: Company-provided laptop

Selection Process
