【Photo Report】"Salonpas Day" Special Soccer Clinic on 18th May
On 18th May, which is our conditioning partner's Salonpas Day, we held a soccer clinic for 22 students of APSN Tanglin School in collaboration with Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical. The main aim of the clinic was to help maintain and improve physical fitness through familiarisation with sports, to promote independence and social participation, as well as to enjoy sports.
Firstly, we would like to thank Mr Sato Katsuhiro, the Singapore Branch Manager of Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical, and other staff, for their effort in making this wonderful collaboration possible.
After which, we will share some photos from the clinic.
First, the club's official cheerleaders, the White Swans, appeared as special guests. Dressed in costumes provided by Salonpas for the event, they performed Salonpas gymnastics (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDKeqOa_G5o), followed by a lecture on gymnastics to the students as a warm-up.
The clinic was conducted by Habil Hakim, Director of the Albirex Singapore Football Academy, and coach Danial Henky.
After greeting the children and each other, we began our warm-up. Through interacting with one another, everyone got more comfortable with each other.
After warming up, we started training with the balls. The children paid close attention as they listened to Coach Habil and Coach Daniel. They chased the ball, trying to make use of what they had learned.
The session ended with a mini-game afterward. We were happy to see the smiles on the children's faces. We will continue to work to bring joy to everyone through sport.
