Albirex continued its attack in the 2nd half. In the 59th minute, Omori's cross from the left wing was diverted into his own net by the unfortunate Stewart. 5 nil to Albirex.
5 minutes later, Tanaka made it 6 nil and completed his hattrick when he reacted first to substitute Sambongi's cross.
Kakuta made it 7 nil at the 88th minute when he thumped in a loose ball at the edge of the penalty box.
The action did not end here as Young Lions got a consolation goal back when Albirex centre back Reo Kunimoto diverted substitute Abdul Rasak's cross into his own net.
