We held a first School Event of the 2022 season!
The first school event of the 2022 season was held at Jurong East Stadium on Sunday 17th April. At this event, kids from our Soccer School, Cheer Dance School and Football Academy interacted with the professional team players and staff in two sessions, with photos and autograph sessions following the sessions.
At the first, Kids from the Cheer Dance School performed on the pitch of JES, and for the first time since 2019 parents were able to watch the spectacular performance of the school kids from the stands.
The kids were then divided into four groups for a time of interaction with the players. For the Soccer School, Cheer Dance School and Football Academy, we made sure that they were mixed in groups with different schools, so it was an opportunity to deepen new friendships and thicken the bonds between Albirex family.
The kids who beat the players in the rock-paper-scissors(Janken) tournament were given player- and club-related goods. Some of the kids even won items used in the SPL match! Congratulations!
In addition, participants were asked to bring their own empty plastic bottles for the SDG promotion project "Bottle to Bottle", which is being run in conjunction with school partner "Hiroyuki Industries", and many bottles were collected at the event. Thank you to everyone who cooperated.
In all the photos, not only the kids, but all participants, including players and staff, looked to have enjoyed and were happy, which gives us a very warm feeling and makes us look forward to the next exchange event.
