The White Swans ended the Inaugural Singapore Premier League Season unbeaten with a record of 21 wins and 3 draws.
The final match of this season sees the White Swans beat Warriors FC 1-2 at the Choa Chu Kang Stadium.
Captain Wataru Murofushi opened the scoring at the 24th minute after good combination play down the right flank between Kamata and Moriyasu. Adam Swandi could have extended a lead when his fierce shot at the edge of the penalty box hit the crossbar. However, Warriors captain Kento Fukuda equalised through a penalty at the final minute of the first half.
Warriors top scorer Jonathan Behe came on in the 2nd half as they searched for the winner. The White Swans also picked up the pace and it was centreback turned striker, Shun Kumagai, who headed in the winner from a delicious cross from Moriyasu.
The win marked a remarkable season for the White Swans as the Invinicibles in the league.
Albirex need 2 more wins in the Singapore Cup next week to make it a perfect season.
