Left back, Kenya Takahashi's sublime free kick breaks Hougang Utd's resistance in the 75th minute to win Albirex 3 points and maintains Albirex perfect 6-for-6 record.

Hougang set up defensively against Albirex and the White Swans could not find any breakthrough in the first half.

Chances were at a premium even at the 2nd half. The Hougang defence only opened up after conceding the freekick.

Substitute Yamanaka had a good shot well save by Hougang's GK at the 84th minute. Striker Hoshino should have scored when he was put through 1v1 by Adam Swandi in the 88th minute. However, he shot straight at the Hougang GK.

Nevertheless, it is important the White Swans still secured 3 points despite not playing well.
