ALBIREX = ALBIREO + REX
ALBIREO is the third brightest star colored blue and orange in the constellation Cygni, located at the head of the swan. Niigata is well known for one of migratory birds swan stopovers.
REX is the Latin word for “King”.
It represents the “flying ahead to become King.”
