The White Swans maintained its perfect record to the start of the inaugural Singapore Premier League season with 10 wins out of 10, by beating Balestier Khalsa 5 nil.
Man of the Match and striker Taku Morinaga scored a hattrick in the 2nd half to give the White Swans a comfortable victory. Hot shot and Morinaga's partner up front Shuhei Hoshino opened the scoring at the 10th minute with his 10th goal in the season to lead the goal scoring chart. Right winger Kamata completed the scoring rout with a well taken header. GK Nozawa even found time to save a penalty in the 88th minute to deny the tigers a consolation goal. Clean sheet and 3 points.
The White Swans will next meet Brunei DPMM at Jurong East Stadium on 9 June.
